THE BUILDING
2750 N Lakewood is constructed and developed by the LG Development Group. This building houses 11 luxury transitional styled townhomes and duplexes. It is a sleek looking building constructed with brick, metal and wood paneled exterior facades. The outer perimeter of the building surrounds each home with a patio and terraces on various levels.

In ROW 2750 there are 2 types of ownership?fee simple for the 8 townhouses and condominium for the 3 duplexes. Pets are welcome. The monthly assessments range from $150 to $250 and include: exterior maintenance, scavenger, water and common insurance.
THE TOWNHOUSES
These townhouses are wide tri-levels that are spacious with various open floor plans. They have light exposure from the floor to ceiling double pane high efficiency windows. I found these homes to be quiet, due in part to the insulation designed for sound suppression within the walls & ceilings. Each has a private entrance, recessed lighting throughout including the terraces. They have custom made glass entrance doors custom hardwood flooring and top of the line luxury finishes throughout. Buyers have the option of a full ?smart? home networking system along with other high end entertainment systems and much more.
The most recent sale at 2750 N Lakewood was Unit 9 a four bedroom, 4,000 sq ft townhouse with an elevator that sold in July 2012 for $1,500,000.
