Several people were hurt in an avalanche on Tuckerman Ravine on Thursday evening, according to emergency officials.
Ambulance crews from a number of towns in the Mount Washington Valley area were called.
Authorities said at least three people were injured. They have all been transported to Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, N.H. with non life threatening injuries.
The Mount Washington Avalanche Center had issued an avalanche warning earlier in the day.
